Shipping Costs and Quotes

  • Shipping costs are calculated online using integrated shipping modules based on our annual negotiated discounted rates.
  • Online quotes are estimates derived from weight and volume. We pass on our heavily discounted rates to customers.
  • We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges if necessary. Customers will be contacted for approval before processing the order if changes occur.

2. Carrier Selection

  • WRLinens selects the carrier best suited for your order.
  • For rural areas with high surcharges (not reflected in online quotes), we may switch to Canada Post or FedEx to optimize delivery.

3. Delivery Address Requirements

  • Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes, as carriers like FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post do not service them. Please provide a valid, deliverable address.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or if you request the carrier to redirect your parcel to another address, a fee of $10–$15 per box will be charged to the customer.

4. Shipping Origins and Methods

  • Orders are shipped via ground courier from our central warehouse in Toronto, Canada, or may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.
  • We currently ship to all provinces in Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Alternative shipping methods are available upon request. Customers arranging their own shipping (e.g., using their own courier, shipping account, or third-party facilitator) must sign a waiver, obtainable by contacting customer service at info@wrlinens.com. WRLinens is not responsible for shipping or payment issues in these cases.

5. Skid Shipments

  • Competitive rates for skid shipments and white glove service are available. Contact customer service at info@wrlinens.com for a quote.

6. Insurance and Product Care

  • WRLinens is not responsible for shipping losses, damages, or delays unless additional insurance is requested. To request insurance, contact info@wrlinens.com before your order is processed. Without notification, orders are shipped without insurance.
  • Carriers may not heat trucks in winter or refrigerate them in summer, which does not affect product integrity. For liquids or lotions, allow the product to sit at room temperature for 24 hours before opening. Stirring may be required to restore consistency.

7. Out-of-Stock Items

  • Customers will be notified if items are out of stock. If no response is received within 2 business days, the order will be shipped as-is, and the balance for out-of-stock items will be refunded via the original payment method.
  • Out-of-stock items are not automatically shipped later; they must be reordered under regular ordering policies.

8. Expedited and Express Shipments

  • WRLinens is not responsible for refunding freight costs for expedited or express shipments delayed due to reasons beyond our control.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service at info@wrlinens.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
