At WRLinens, we strive to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase from wrlinens.com. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to assist with our clear and simple refund and return policy.
1. Returns
You may return most unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
Eligible items: Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable items:
- Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).
- Custom orders or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, or discontinued.
Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
How to Return
Contact us: Email info@wrlinens.com or call 1-416-994-9711 (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST) to request a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Receive approval: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Ship the item: Securely package the item with the RMA number and return it to:

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Details
Amount: Refunds cover the item’s purchase price, excluding original shipping fees.
Timing: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
3. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, contact us to confirm availability. Follow the return process above, and we’ll provide instructions for the exchange. You’re responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us at info@wrlinens.com or 1-416-994-9711. If the order has already shipped, follow the return process above.
5. Your Rights
As a Canadian consumer, you have rights under applicable laws, such as Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act. This policy does not limit your statutory rights, including remedies for defective products.
